Tell us some more about yourself
I was the Poet Laureate of Peterborough for 2009 and that means I still get to advocate and support the cracking poetry scene which is alive and well in this fair fen city. I perform all over and help organise different nights at the several different venues, under the guise of Muddy Poetry-check them out and also look at the Speakeasy night as we have had some of the cream of Spoken word, if poss come down and grace us!! I am also the project manager for Platform Peterborough which is part of Eastern Angles theatre co, please check their website: https://www.easternangles.co.uk/
I enjoy art, spoken word, comedy, film, being really silly in fields and with friends, I love cooking meals for friends and family, and trying things and doing things that might at first seem impossible!!! xx
Hi Keely, I'm just back from the mighty Australia without even the smallest nip from a crocodile. Hope you're blooming. Love your statement! Will be catching up with Jocelyn and then will be in contact as things move and will let you know the latest from this end. All best, Michaela x
