Niamh Kingsley (Youth Council Cabinet Member for Children's Services)

"Niamh is only 16 but has given so much of her own time to attend PCC Cabinet and Scrutiny meetings to make sure the voice of young people is heard by city leaders. She has done loads of work with Hampton Youth Forum and applied successfully for funding for projects to help her community. More than this, she is an absolute inspiration to other young people for what they can achieve with perseverance and support from other agencies."
