Raise the aspiration of citizens so that they demand and deliver more!

Charters - everytime

If a Martian came to Peterborough, what would you show him/her/it to explain what the place was about?

Green Backyard, BMX track in Orton, Bishops road gardens, embankment on River Nene, Flag Fen, Ferry Meadows, Barnack Hills and holes - and then explain that they had seen more of the city in one day than most Peterborians had seen in a lifetime. Shhh - Peterborough's best kept secrets.
