In case you've missed out, there have been some wonderful events over the past month or so as part of the Arts and Social change strand of Citizen Power...
In June, the 9th Creative Gathering took place at the Brewery Tap in central Peterborough, and was co-facilitated by local creative practitioners Tom Fox, Garth Bayley and Di Goldsmith.

Artist Joshua Sofaer and the Morland Court Residents Association recently held a competition asking people to respond to 'How Morland Court Got Its Name'. Emily Henderson won the competition with her short story about pirates, buried treasure and more, which you can read online here: https://
Last week, the 10th Creative Gathering led a group of Gatherers on a merry wander around the sights and stories of Peterborough, starting at Central Park and ending with a wonderful feast at the Green Backyard.

And, from tomorrow (Wednesday 1 August), the cartoons designed by artists Simon Grennan and Christopher Sperandio based on the stories of the Peterborough Street Pastors will be on display in the Peterborough Museum. If you get the chance to drop by, they're well worth a look!
